UK Standard Delivery Free on all orders – UK Mainland only.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24h.

All deliveries are subject to Annna.co.uk successfully receiving payment.
Dispatch timescales exclude bank holidays and other public holidays. We will endeavour to ship your order in a timely manner however delivery timescales are indicative only.
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping address details, we will accept no responsibility for orders not delivered due to Customer failing to provide correct shipping address.
Orders may be delivered in one or more packages.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We strive to ensure our delivery targets are met but sadly when they're not we're unable to accept liability for any expenses incurred for failed or delayed orders. You're still entitled to your full statutory rights.
